NOVALUZ AMONG THE TOP COMPANIES TO WORK FOR IN SPAIN IN 2022

The Great Place To Work organisation celebrated the Best Workplaces 2022 event back in March and announced the Best Workplaces Ranking for 2022: a recognition of excellence in terms of employee care in the corporate realm, as well as excellence in terms of results.

The organisation awarded the top 50 companies to work for in Spain in 2022 with the ‘Best Workplaces’ distinction. The different companies were awarded based on size of workforce, establishing 6 categories for this purpose.

Within the 50-100 employee category, the award-winning company was one of the AFM Cluster partners: Novaluz Energía, a 100% green energy business specialising in SMEs.

Key to receiving this distinction were the evaluations made by the company’s own professionals about the company. Feedback was gathered using a Trust Index© questionnaire and revelatory findings such as these were made:

• 94% of the Novaluz team classifies the company as an excellent place to work.
• 100% of the employees confirmed that they felt welcomed when the joined the company.
• 95% of these professionals said they were treated well regardless of their position or responsibilities held.

A series of statistics that highlight a work philosophy that is designed by and for the team. This in turn translates into benefits for their customers, since as the Great Place To Work award also recognises, excellence in terms of results is also a very important factor.
