The Biscayan company has launched Weroi Academy, a training service for companies, professionals and institutions with the aim of training commercial and marketing teams in the digital area. The project is due to the lack of professionals specialized in digital-commercial marketing in industrial and B2B environments that slows down the digital transformation of national companies.
Weroi has been helping industrial and B2B companies to develop their commercial processes through the Internet for more than 14 years, and knows first-hand the problems derived from the lack of digital culture of these departments.
National companies are at the European tail in sales and turnover through the digital channel. This is partly due to the shortage of profiles with digital specialization in the commercial and marketing areas. The lack of professionals causes many companies to miss valuable business opportunities, losing competitiveness.
"According to Gartner forecasts, by 2025, 80% of B2B business interactions will be initiated through the digital channel. This cultural shift is also occurring in the industry, which must catch up with the digitization of its business processes. Even the historically more traditional environments cannot live with their backs turned to this change. Their survival in the medium term may depend on it," stresses Maitane Hernández, CEO of the company.
To address these issues, Weroi Academy offers various training courses on digital-commercial marketing for the industry. These are in-house or tailor-made training courses for companies, depending on their needs and their level of digital maturity or that of their teams. In this way, the courses are adapted to the knowledge and realities of the participants.
In the practical training you can learn from business strategy to how to structure a results-oriented digital marketing-commercial plan, through digital tools, measurement plans or CRM systems. In addition, the training includes analysis and development of real cases, so that students can put into practice the theory learned.
