TRAINING and PERSONNEL SELECTION

We work to ensure that the people at our companies are perfectly trained for the challenges facing the sector, collaborating with, among others, the IMH (Machine Tools Institute) and the UPV (the machine tools and manufacturing technology lab of the Bilbao Higher Technical School of Engineering).

We also work to recruit talent for our companies, attending key job fairs and giving presentations at universities and training centres. We have an active job board where we post job offers for our companies and carry out selection processes.
